No sense of urgency at Montana Netcare Hospital Emergency Rooms

I have an emergency health scare and rushed to Montana Netcare Hospital. I have been sitting here in the one of the rooms for over 25 minutes now and still no Doctor. I got to the hospital over an hour ago. Where is the emergency in this. The nurse just asked me for my urine 30 minutes ago and took it. She didn't even bother telling me what she will test the urine for. She came in took my urine and just left. I just got out of the rooms to ask her why a Doctor hasn't come to see me yet and she said they are busy. Am I supposed to wait another hour for me to be attended to by a Doctor? Where is the sense of urgency in Montana Netcare Hospital ER??
