No sense of Customer Service

I visited the casualty department at the sunninghill hospital yesterday as i had twisted my ankle and needed medical assistance. I got there at 08:15 barely able to walk and was attended to promptly. I was sent through for exrays and was done by 09:30. I waited from 09:30 to almost 12:00 for the report from the exrays, a doctors note and prescription. After complaining several times to several different people i was just brushed off saying that the doctor was busy. Only one doctor on duty that had to attend to all patients was totally unacceptable. No one really cared, i was just another number waiting as i watched a number of other patients who arrived after me, leave before me. This is not the first time that i had this experience and this time have vowed never to be put through this again. I hate to think that i have to even pay for this painstakingly awful service that i received. The doctor on duty, Dr van der Walt also didnt seem very interested when i complained to her when she eventually, after 2.5 hours decided to see me. I think i would have certainly been attended to quicker had i gone to a public hospital. Lucky for me we have Waterfall hospital close by now.
