No rest for the sick

My dad was hospitalized on Sunday. The hospital is extremely noisy...the patients all complain of needing peace and quiet. The nurses, although very friendly talk and laugh so loudly that it changes the environment to that of a flea market. They speak to each other from down the corridor or from one room to the next. It was very unpleasant to watch and listen to. There is no quiet time for the patients, everything is loud and noisy. Not at all what one would expect from a place that houses sick people.<br> <br> The staff should have the necessary consideration for the patients. People are ill, and all they want is to recover in peace.
