No respect for injured patients

On the 15th December my husband was in a car accident with serious head injuries. Today he has to go for a follow up and we’ve waited for 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!! For someone to attend to him. Absolutely no respect for injured patients who have to sit and wait. It actually feels worse than a government hospital
