No one works at netcare customer service

Except when you owe them money they can't help you. I've been trying to get a medical report from the hospital and after 1 hour of calls to 7 different numbers and calling more than once per line I am not able to speak to anyone that can help. Switchboard is rude and talk afrikaans in the background complaining about how many times you call. Like I don't understand the language. Then they make you wait 15 minutes but the call gets dropped before you speak to anyone.
