No hot water in a Covid ward Surgical 5

I am a patient currently at the St Augustines Hospital Covid ward. There was no hot water in Surgical Ward 5 since yesterday Nevertheless i had a cold shower. This morning I reported at 5am again that there are is still no hot water. It is now 8.03pm and no hot water yet. How does the hospital expect sick patients to shower in cold water? I reported to all the nursing staff and to the day Supervisor Sister Fox and she assured me the problem will be rectified ASAP at 5pm. Netcare is a very big player in the Health Industry, and this is not expected, very poor service
