No help at security gate

I brought my wife for a procedure this morning (05:30) at Netcare Montana hospital. When I got to the security gate I struggled with the parking ticket because it only sticks out a little bit. As it was raining I had to get out of the car and struggle with the ticket and eventually got it, all while the "security" guards looked on. Safe and dry in the guard house. I then told them don't worry they can just stand there while I struggle, they then rep**** "its fine, we will". The audacity. You pay for the parking at a hospital no less, and you receive this kind of help starting at the gate??? Made me wonder how the rest of the day will be with the service beginning like this
