I have been handed over to a collections company of which I have been asking a question and have not been answered by Chalize Masuku at netcare sunninghill , I have also escalated this matter to her line manager late last year and she also never came to me . Today I called the hospital again because I received an email informing me that I have been listed and I spoke to her supervisor by name of Diedre Hardy . she gave me email address to send her emails sent to Chazile and the email she gave me bounced back. I tried calling back and was sent from pillar to post by the receptionist and my last call was just transferred to where I don't know and I was on hold for more than 15 minutes and decided to hang up.
