No doctors at casualty

My grandmother was brought to Netcare for difficulty in breathing. A file was opened. We get told casualty has no doctors. One is asleep and other is at home. When the other doctor gets called to come in, he asks if it's an emergency. I guess we come to casualty for fun. This Is what we pay medical aid for. When you go to hospital it's to see a doctor. The whole point of casualty is for a doctor to be there. Shocking and pathetic.
