No Customer Service
<p>I have been requesting for Medicross Edenvale to process a claim, but not a single individual is wanting to assist. I have sent emails to Nalini Rattan, Zingiswa Ndzimande, Juletta Barichievy & Tina.Naidoo on seversal occastions. I also completed a netcare online query, to which I have not received any communication. I tried to call both places, Edenvale won't answer & Sunningill is throwing me from pillar to post</p> <p>As a patient, this kind of service is terrible.</p> <p>RK Moonsamy</p>
