No compassion poor service.

Rushed in for an emergency after my husband had a seizure for the first time in his life , to be met by a nasty rude emergency room receptioneat saying we aren't covered at this hospital we can expect a bill, ( at this point I just needed help for my husband I don't care what I had to pay to get the help he needed ) to hours later my husband falsly testing positive for certain drugs due to the over the counter meds he was taking the Dr saying it doesn't make sense and suddenly rushing us out the door. After being discharged. I insisted he was not okay to go home and I couldn't take him home in his state they finally called around to see who had space for us who we are covered at. We went to Arwyrp in Kempton just to be diagnosed with meningitis, he could have died if we went home. The Dr at Arwyrp said he tested positive for drugs aswell, after showing the meds he had been taking they said that completely made sense and did not even bring it up again. Every emergency I've had and rushed to Netcare Linmed Benoni I've had nothing but terrible experiences, two times speaks for itself. Unfortunately its the closest emergency room to where I stay. Not everyone is on drugs. Show some compassion, it was a traumatic experience for us aswell. A few days later the sms'd invoices with email addresses to reach out to them on. On requesting statements to submit to gap cover multiple request fo ignored but sms's won't stop.
