NO-CARE KRUGERSDORP PRIVATE

Briefly, I am a heart failure patient currently being treated by specialist at the hospital. I went in last night as I had chest pain, swelling in my legs and breathing difficulty. On arrival at reception Lindiwe Sithole was asked to please contact my specialist and they will instruct om the procedure to follow, her being on her phone watching tick tock didn't seem bothered and to me to go via casualty, WHICH IS NOT THE PROCEDURE I HAVE EVER FOLLOWED WITH MY SPECIALIST, I went to casualty to find there is no triage nurse, I asked the receptionist and he said they are currently looking for her, 10min later she slouches in(video proof available) I again ask her to please contact my specialist, she goes and calls another nurse who looked like he just woke up from a deep trance telling me to open a casualty file, I again said this is not the procedure I have in place with my specialist and I'm having chest pain, he laughed, turned around and walked away, another nurse came and as she was busy at the phone the previous nurse told her he spoke to my specialist who said I have to go via casualty, I won't mention my specialist name just yet as she is well respected and would NEVER put her patient's life in danger to make money from casualty, 45min later the same"nurse" came to me and asked if I had the speed dial number for my specialist(this after he said he spoke to her) I then decided to leave as I was getting more upset and didn't want to have another heart attack in a place where no one can do their jobs! I ended up going to another facility that was more than willing to assist!
