NO CARE FROM NETCARE KUILS RIVER

Hi.

I just want to express my Worst/Disgusting service at Netcare Kuils River. In the past year I have had 2 terrible experiences of which the first nearly cost me my life!!!

In May this year I had surgery to remove my gallbladder and that went terribly wrong with Dr Treurnicht. My bile duct was cut and I was then passed on like a piece of meat to the next hospital with no explanation beside that he suspects gall stones in my liver. When I finally got to UCT netcare I was told about the bile duct that was cut and I was out of work and until middle July. I am still needing to undergo anther procedure end of Jan 2019 to remove a Stent. This left a sour taste in my mouth. When I complained to netcare kuils river I was told that the surgeon is private and they can't do anything as he only rents space from the hospital (Bill's piling up).

Secondly my mother is currently in the hospital and was admitted with heart failure and lung infection and today we found out she has an Angina heart and her lungs are clear. She was approached today in a full ward to tell her she must first pay R200 for her meds before she gets any and when she advised them that she can only get it later today the evening, her meds was not dispensed. As per her medical aid the meds should be covered as she is treated in hospital. I AM DISGUSTED AS SHE HAS BEEN WITHOUT MEDS AND ANTIBIOTICS THE ENTIRE DAY!!!! Does your hospital specialize in ****ing patients and not Healing them. What happened to patient confidentiality as this was done infront of other patients.

I WANT ANSWERS IMMEDIATELY!! THIS WILL BE TAKEN FURTHER SHOULD THE MATTER NOT BE RESOLVED SATISFACTORY AND AN APOLOGY IS GIVEN.!!!!

I also want answers regarding my first matter at hand as Dr Treurnicht saw it fit to only forward surgical records to the professor at UCT end of June when it was requested on the 29 May.
