No attendance for 45mins.
Once again I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment we recieved at St.Annes. My younger sister was not feeling well all day, after realizing that the treatment given at home was not effective I decided to drive him to St. Anne's emergency ward (casuality). Upon arrival I was not allowed to get pass the doors, understandably so due to the Coronavirus. However, after she had gone into the causality area she waited for over 45mins without attendance. Meanwhile I was waiting in the car. She says she could hear them conversating in the background yet they hadn't even opened a simple file for her. Above all of this she was the only patient there at the time. We ended up leaving without being attended to. It is quiet clear that the service there will forever be poor, the nurses working there have no care for anyone who walks through their doors. All they seem to worry about is the laughs and catch up sessions between them. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK. I am utterly disappointed.
