No assistance with account queries

My husband was admitted to Netcare Kuilsriver, where had spinal surgery done. After the surgery I was told there is R 26000 odd outstanding to pay- but I do not need to pay it as he is on PMB. Weeks later I am told to pay- which I did- but when asked for detailed invoices- I only got statements- not clearly showing what that amount was for. I have repeatedly asked for invoice but only getting statements. On the statement it says the amount is for "accounting documents" - what does that mean???? He was then transferred to N1 city, and he repeatedly asked if he had to pay anything, and was told no. Now I am told that I owe R 10000. Again - I asked for details for this and on the statement it says " accounting documents" I also received an email with a link to see all outstanding amounts - and the R 26000++ I paid - it says is still outstanding. After many " please hold" and phone calls I spoke to Waylene- she said she would assign a case officer. I still have not heard from this person, I emailed again, and still nothing. In the mean time I get a snotty email regarding the outstanding amount. I am very disappointed!!!!!
