No assistance in acute pain

I went to the hospital on Monday after getting injured on duty. I was assisted, covid test done, blood pressure, blood tests and xrays done and sent home with transact plasters and had to return the following day for genpain. I was told should my injury and pain get worse to come back immediately. I have been bedridden since Tuesday morning and the pain is not getting any better and even my feet are turning light blue, so I asked my mom to take me back to the hospital tonight (08/12). Firstly I had to be tested for covid again and the attending nurse was rude and screaming and swearing at all the people waiting to be tested. After my test which was negative I waited to see the doctor. The doctor called me into a room and told me I am putting to much weight on my foot, that I need two crutches for my weight or a wheelchair, that I am placing to much weigh on the foot and therefore my feet are swelling and that he can change the pain meds but the pharmacy is closed, he was extremely rude and indicated that I am wasting his time with my pain, he did not even offer to give me an injection for the pain and he was upset because he had to complete paperwork and had more important things to do. He said that he was just going to make copies of paperwork as my mother needed proof that she brought me in as she had to take time off work. The said doctor never returned to me and a nurse came into the room and told me to go home and come back tomorrow the paperwork will be with the clinic people. I was also told that all IOD stuff has to be done before 12h00 (this was never mentioned on Monday or Tuesday), so why was I told I can return if the pain got worse. I am currently vomiting from the pain and I not sure how to get through tonight until I can return tomorrow. I cannot understand that I could not have been helped and now have to return tomorrow, so in the meantime I have to suffer due to the staff not caring about me.
