Nightmare experience at Milpark Hospital

Netcare, should remove the word CARE out of their name.

Care and compassion was totally lacking.

Calling a so called private hospital was very similar to calling a state government hospital. They take very very long to answer the phone, and even when it is eventually answered, when get transferred to the dept it becomes another nightmare. Often it never gets answered by a person, but goes to voicemail.

It was undoubtedly the worst experience we had to endure as a family. The treating doctor was the poorest bedside manner. We had zero contact with the doctor.

Hospital management said they could do nothing about a doctors behavior etc. So there is like no accountability to anyone.
