Never will use this Hell Hole Again!
Despite being Stuck in the lift for 45mins at St Augustines the Trauma unit staff was amazing on Thursday the 03 of September. the night shift staff went out of their way to assist us and calm us down. They should actually be put in the management team so they would know how to handle people unlike the reception staff.<br> <br> Seems to me the other areas uses the cleaning staff who help!!! but still i will not use the hospital after the nasty treatment we received.
