Never Again

I was admitted to hospital in May 2020. It was the worst experience ever. Even after my covid test came back negative. I was treated like filth. My hand was bruised for months after from the drip they inserted and then neglected. I informed them of my experience in the survey and vowed never to go back or recommend them to anyone. Now months later after a dispute between them and the medical aid, they send me a bill for over R7000 that I must pay. i have to pay this out of pocket for the worst experience of my life. I will say this again, never will I ever make use of Netcare N1 City hospital nor advise any of my friends and family to do so.
