Net(dont)Care *******

I was admitted to Garden City on the 29th February 2020, with a kidney stone and subsequently discharged on the same day. Before being admitted Netcare Garden City held an large amount on my debit card, but billed me separately for the emergency service, and CT scans that were needed.

After being discharged, I am being given the run around for my deposit, I have been following up since the 2nd March and am still waiting for my money to be returned.

I feel like I am dealing with a loan shar****!

This is unacceptable!!
