Netcare worst service

The Worst service ever from Netcare alberton, having to wait over 5 hours to be seen by a doctor in the ER and even after then I was abandoned in a ward for hours on End until I decided to discharge myself.... When I report the matter to them, they were quick to absolve themselves by saying they only provide the facility and not the treatment
