NETCARE WATERFALL SYSEMS REQUIRE A REDESIGN

The Netcare apps leave much to be desired. Family can register on WhatssApp to be kept up to date on how their family member in hospital is doing. Great ides, but absolutely no update 2.5 days later! The website and apps - whether it be online registration/pre-bookings or logbox is a nuisance ans not all integrated and cumbersome to navigate and use for family. Took hours to get through the process - needs a redesign
