I was in an accident and went to netcare came on an ambulance, hurt my lower spine and right hip, was taken to ex-ray and mri and given medication and went home, the pain was terrible went back and was given doses and referred to physiothe****** , they didnt fill up the form for raf for me to be able to go for physio and I was using my medical aid ,the injury is still there my day to day is finished but when i request that they help me with raf ,I was told to 2000 rands why yet they have been getting money from my medical aid now I m owing PHYSIOTHE****** AND I CANT CONTINUE WITH MY SESSIONS AND IN PAIN YHOOOOO NETCARE WATER FALL ARE VERY HEARTLESS you will die because of the greed because I do have the form from RAFF BUT NOW THE DOCTOR TO FILL IN THE FORM I M CHARGED 2000 YET EVEN CONSULTATION DOES NOT CHAREG THAT AMOUNT ...
