Netcare Waterfall Hospital Emergency Ward

Today I had to go to Netcare Waterfall Hospital Emergency Ward. Admission service was okay, but the rest of the service was terrible. The Dr attended us after an hour if not more. She was so mean. Service was really bad & very slow.

This was a very unpleasant experience for a private hospital & I would not come here again or recommend it. We were not given updates. There was little to no communication between the Dr & the nurse. Poor service & so unprofessional.
