Netcare Waterfall City Hospital Maternity Ward POOR SERVICE.

I gave birth on the 14th of September 2021 and still haven't received my baby's birth certificate from Netcare Waterfall City Hospital. I have been following up with the hospital with no response, I need my child's application forms. Maria the receptionist at Maternity is very rude. When enquiring at the hospital a lady by the name of Faith who is a senior at the Maternity Ward was very useless, she referred me to a lady from Home Affairs who was extremely rude she told me to go to Home Affairs Centurion and dropped the call on me. 5 weeks after delivery but no proper communication of why I still haven't received my child's identification. What is the point of signing applications at the hospital whereas I'll still be told to go to DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS?? For a private hospital like waterfall, I'm very disappointed and I want my child's certificate.
