Netcare vouchers ****?

On March 7, 2022 , my husband bought 2 Netcare vouchers for consultation + medication by mistake (our GP does not dispense medication, as he is part of the Medicross Group ). We received an invoice from Netcare showing 2 vouchers for R470x2 = R940, our bank account shows the total amount of 2 vouchers deducted, yet by some magic, Netcare says they can only see one voucher, which they paid to the GP, minus of course the amount for dispensing medecine........ My questions are: 1) what happened to the balance of the voucher seen that there were no medications dispensed; 2)where did the 2nd voucher "disappear"? We have been in contact with them since March, sent them all the information they requested and yet NOTHING! we had to pay our GP out of our pockets the second consultations....... Very disappointing! what I thought was a good move from Netcare to help patients seems to be turning into a money-making scheme for them...... BE CAREFUL!
