Netcare values don't mean nothing here

I got admitted to netcare parklands hospital on Friday the 28th of December, have been in hospital, overcharged on everything but I can't seem to find out what my diagnosis is. All they do is keep giving antibiotics for an infection but no one knows what infection it is,I have been poked on almost every part of my arms changing drips on a daily but no diagnoses has been given, they treating me for a what if yet on their patients rights chart they say a patient has a right to be informed about his /her condition. When you need help, you ring the bell,it takes them 5 minutes to come and switch it off and act like they are attending to and you will never hear from them again yet they call themselves private...It is the worst experience of my life and they don't even want to discharge me or refer me to another hospital that will be able to help me. They do not practice all those values they have posted on every corner of the hospitals, the incompetence of the staff is on another level. Like I am here cause I need to know what's wrong with me and what I'm being treated for not on holiday
