Netcare Vaalpark - what a horror!!

Worst experience of my life! If i could give 0 stars i would. The lack if care in the general ward is appalling!! When you ask for a nurse to attend a seriously ill elderly patient that they haven't checked on in 3 hours, they are rough. Even with instructions, there is no follow through. If i could do their job for them, i would, but i cant and thats why we pay them, and still we cant leave because we dont trust them to look after someone we love! Everyone here loves to reassure you that your loved one is in good hands, but actions speak louder than words, and there are no actions to speak of. The miscommunication, and just general ignorance with the status of patients, its scary!
