NETCARE VAALPARK HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION ..... BAD EXPERINCE!!!!!

Was admitted to hospital at emergencies in November last year for a obstruction. 1 day prior to procedure I was informed that procedure is not covered by medical aid. Told them that they have to claim on emergency procedures. Staff was not very helpful and told me even if they do submit it medical aid still won't pay for procedure. I had to pay R 6300 which I did. I phoned medical aid and gave them the procedure codes and Dr motivation letter. I got the approval from the medical aid for the procedure and contacted hospital. They informed me that I have to wait for medical to make payment first. 15 December I confirmed payment was received refund will be done. Up to date 18 January 2018 I am still waiting for my refund. Phoning backward and forward just to hear we are busy with refund, then they have to wait for signatures and the next day another excuse. No one pays my bank cost or my phone calls I make to these administrators for information because they NEVER phone you back with a solution to the problem.
