Netcare Unitas - worst nurses around

I am busy experiencing my second ********** ordeal at Netcare Unitas hospital. From ***********, rude and inconsiderate emergency staff, to useless nurses. I rushed my wife to the hospital only to be met with rude and *********** admission staff. After being booked in her dr prescribed her meds which the nurses would have gotten. 8 HOURS LATER SHE IS STILL WITHOUT HER MEDICATION!!!! Eventually the culprit returns, advises "she forgot" and proceeded to run off. A short while later she returns and asks who is the treating doctor?!!!!! They could not even get her food order right! What if she was given something she was allergic to?!! Is this what you can expect at ptivate hospital whilst being charged a premium rate? I swear you'd be better be better off taking your chances at a government hospital! Although they don't have the resources at least government hospitals have decent, caring, human staff who still remember their callimg to medicine. Not the lazy, rude and "forgetful" nursing staff you'll encounter at Netcare....
