Netcare Unitas - Refund *******

We had paid some deposit to netcare unitas hospital which they are supposed to refund. I used my credit card for payment and it reflects as paid on their side. Jyotica from the accounts department is asking for proof of a fictitious card that I dont have. And she doesnt want to pay my deposit back although they know that they owe us until we produce proof of the fictitious card they have in their records. This is ****************
