Netcare Unitas poor service

I was in Netcare Unitas on 14 August for an operation. Today is the 16th of October and we are still struggling to get my doctor's bill paid because they have still not given my medical aid the correct codes! My medical has asked for this info 3 times already, Unitas is just ignoring the request. My doctor's office has asked for this info, to no avail. They absolutely just do not care, and I am now going to hand this over for legal advise as we are just not getting this resolved!!!!
