Netcare Unitas Hospital

I visited Netcare Unitas Hospital in Pretoria at an already difficult time seeing that the world is up and arms about the corona-virus. On my arrival a friendly nurse indicated that because of this pandemic they are accommodating as far as possible patients in single rooms. I was admitted at 6 in the morning and woke up at about 11 o'clock from the anesthesia. I asked for water and nothing was provided. Fortunately, I brought my own water! I was given pain medication and slept until 14:30. Still I had nothing to drink and given the time I thought at least that I would've been provided with lunch. I called the nurse and I was informed that they had 'forgotten' about me and that there was no food left (it seemed to me as if there was only a few patients- but okey). Still I did not get any water. Finally I did get lunch which I don't want to be ungrateful for, but I think if you get a R21 000 bill for the hospital alone, (everything else excluded) and given that I did not even spend 1 night, that you would get better service and food than what I did.
