Netcare UNITAS - BAD RECEPTION and INFRASTRUCTURE

Netcare UNITAS is a disgrace, On Saturday (11/11/23) i took my son to the emergency room, we got there at 9am and left at 13h00 to another doctor. This doctor could also not help. It is disgusting that it took 4 hours to treat a patient. No sense of care at all.

On the 13th we took him back for surgery, upon arrival the reception lady had no clue how to check for our appointment, she even told us to do the online admission with our own cell phones , turns out this useless person was at the end of their shift and couldnt be bothered to do the admission. We eventually called the Dr rooms ourselves and got sorted that way. This was after Noticing water dripping from the ceiling in reception and the disguising state of the furniture (food on the sides of the cushion). I will gladly send you the photos and videos,
