The service and care are almost on the same level as a state’s hospital. Nursing staff treat you with no dignity or respect. Stay as far away from the Netcare Union Hospital as you possibly can. If I have to write a detailed description of the horrify and terrible treatment that my husband received at that hospital it would take pages.
