Netcare union hospital

Two administrators fro this hospital Netcare union I'm Alberton need to be trained properly about helping patients,Nombuso Nkosi and Gugu Ntanzi.i bring in my sick son who has high temperature and crying non stop and these ladies just watch us standing there for a good 20 minutes while they continue toking about their personal lives.they dnt even ask how they can help because they were busy with patient so this means stupid as we were while waiting for them to say next non of them sed please come through until we shouting with anger and then they told us we not suppose to b here...I was so angry bcos no one was willing to help
