Netcare umhlanga hospital pharmacy is a disaster

Netcare umhlanga hospital pharmacy is run by gfn ( good for nothings !) Needed a item urgently which was purchased from them a year ago but on trying ti call them , they let the phone ring ( ***/66) or they pick up tgen put tge receiver down. Is this what type of awrvice to expect from a private hispital ? Disgraceful !
