Netcare umhlanga hospital HR

As a employee of netcare umhlanga who is medically boarded had decided to withdraw my provident from the 5th of July but was given a run around with all wrong info by HR management and team.then decided to take early retirement at 55 cos it so long for HR to sort out. Today is the 27th of September 2024 and still no results from HR. The service I'm getting is terrible. Everytime I call or email the the person in charge is in a meeting or something else. 3 months has already passed and still no results. No claim number.iw this how netcare treat they staff. I'm left without a salary now till netcare can actually do they job.im only Gona get paid next year it seems due to the incompetence of the HR team in netcare Umhlanga. This is very very bad service.spoke to hospital manager about my complaint she said leave your name and number she will call me back one month now no call back. I have all my correspondence with HR and complaints department from 5th of July. I never knew it takes six months to sort out with netcare. With my condition this stress is making me get sick.clealy netcare don't care.
