Netcare Umhlanga Hospital Emergency services really terrible treatment...

Went in to Netcare Umhlanga hospital emergency services as i had sports related injury to my knee which caused me alot of pain and inhibits me to walk. I go in hoping to receive medical attention and help with my injury, i was asked for med aid card and details about my injury. Then my blood pressure was checked which was high due to the pain i was in, i was then takn to a room and asked to wait for a doctor. After 20-30 minutes a doctor comes in and again asks me what happened so i did explain. She proceeds to check my breathing and the my knee, at that point i had a knee brace support on which she didnt ask to be removed. She then says i need an ultrasound or xray, she asked if i took anything for the pain and i said i did take Mybulen. She left stating she would go check for me to do ultrasound to find out whats wrong. Another 30 minutes later she returns stating she has good and bad news, she says that the ultrasound can only be done on Monday so i must come then. She then states i must take Mybulen for pain and inflamattion and thats it i can go.

So basically i went in and left in the same condition, this for me is by far the worst treatment i have ever received. You go into emergency services hoping to get relief from pain and to be assisted with your injury but all i did was wait for an hour for nothing as my medical needs were not attended to, i didnt receive any treatment yet they were quick to make me sign my med aid form for a bill. I want this to be brought to light as it seems that all they are after is money from your medical aid and no treatment done.
