Netcare umhlanga hospital

So I was referred to Netcare Cray department by my doctor to do my scan because I suspect I have gallstones mind you i have never been to that place before so I asked for directions as soon as I went inside went straight there and when i was about to sit down a lady mumbled saying ' they just come in and go and sit down ' mind you i heard her than I went straight to the desk and even told her there was no need to say that as I have never been there so I don't know the process she continued to help me politely since she knew I heard her reported it to their facility manager I know nothing will be done about it but experience there was **** mind you people go there because they are not feeling good but the treatment we receive is not what they deserve.
