Netcare Umhlanga ER visit

Terrible care from the Netcare Umhlanga er doctor Nundlall my daughter had to wait three hours for blood results with no update about any delay, also after given a referral from the gp and speaking to the specialist and to me. She refuses she knew that severe abdominal pain of my daughter is due to a cyst and put an icd ten code that doesn’t cover emergency it is unspecified abdominal pain and on trying to get the issue fixed so the accounts can be paid she refuses she knew anything and refuses to try to rectify . These people don’t even bother to answer emails or to call back I had to call and email consistently for two weeks to get such feedback and still this account isn’t paid and I’m receiving accounts. Terrible customer service and ********* behaviour.
