Netcare Umhlanga and Customer Care Dept Perthitic Service!

Don't bother going to customer complaints, as their only aim is to justify they are in the clear and your complaint is not right. I dealt with Melainee Naicker who called me with a sister Candice Kim Tonny in the room but did not disclose they had me on speaker. They refused to clearly explain the reason for the call they basically led the conversation stating I said certain things written down by Doctor Kruger who incorrectly captured my reason why I went to trauma. They did not disclose that a contracting company will bill me. It ended up becoming a screaming match which just gave me another anxiety attack the sister said that I could go to the hospital and get properly treated. this is the level of disgusting healthcare service we have. Netcare Umhlanga admin, finance, and customer care staff are perthitic. Don't use these guys. If u are forced to go there, like I was, ensure you review their notes captured cause what the write-down and what they tell u are different. make sure u have a full breakdown of all the costs before u leave the premises. I've never had this issue at Lift Health Care.
