Netcare Travel Clinic.............GONE!

Hello HelloPeter, I am actually very confused, disappointed and angry at the same time. And this is with Netcare Travel Clinic, the Occupational Health & Safety part of Netcare. This is the place you go to for travel advise, vaccinations and all medical / work related questions. That's where I went for my Yellow Fever shot last year. The Netcare Travel Clinic in Boksburg to be precise. Now the problem starts.........I lost my Yellow Fever card in a house fire at the end of last year. So I need to go back to the Travel Clinic (where I am in the records) to have the Yellow Fever card re-issued. Arrive at the clinic..........gone! Nobody knows where the clinic is, where it moved to and where the personal data is of the Travel Clinic patients. I have tried a number of Netcare offices, but all of them send me to the next. From pillar to post for a while now, but nowhere close to the data I require. Please future patients.........stay away from the Netcare Travel Clinic. Your data gets missing and they disappear just like that!!! Its a shame really.
