Netcare the bay hospital Richards bay. Where the only thing they see is money

I took my husband there yesterday at emergencies. He had severe pain on his right side. Well let me tell you at this useless hospital they listen to the patients ok just a pity not in the right way. My hubby told them he had severe pain AND IT FEELS LIKE HES LIVER cause its in that region. At reception two ladies sat and demanded payment. I paid the one lady R600.00 for the hospital she said and the other lady R960 for the doctor. My husband was taken to exam room 5 where he was checked and directly put on drips. I was not allowed in only when they wanted the payments i was allowed in. Ok first off the pain was in his kidney and liver region right? Then you do a urine test yes? They never did a urine test they went straight to blood tests thats when i was called now i am allowed in because i need to pay see. I paid the bloodtests R1370.00. Blood came back the Doctor (straight out of high school so young she looked) said everything is clean. In the meantime hubby got drip for pain that helped for only 20min. When he complained of pain again they just put him on another pain drip. Doctor then said we need to do a x ray to see if there is not a blockage some where. Needless to say i let them do it this is my husband and i need answers. Paid R1790.00 they did x rays on liver kidneys and ******. Came back normal. Doctor then said i must take him for ultrasound cause there is nobody there to do it. Got a prescribtion still dont know what the pills are suppose to help for as she found nothing wrong. Got the pills R1200.00. When we left one of the nurses brought me the blood test results and said i can take them with me. The blood tests cleary stated he has a severe infection in his kidney. HOW THE HELL DID SHE NOT PICK THAT UP!!!!! You dont know what the problem is with your patient. Patient said the word liver and thats what you stick to. THE LIVER SHOWED NOTHING WRONG LOOK AT THE REST OF THE STUFF ON THE RESULTS PAPER. I AM NO DOCTOR BUT THIS IS COMMON SENSE. So is it to do a urine test but i guess the urine test was to cheap. I paid over R7500.00 and came home still worried and not knowing what is wrong. I have reported this to the medical board and will be taking this further. At least I want my money back for the blood tests and unnecessary x rays. And to think this is the emercency department and they cant even puck up a infection. What happens to the more serouis patients?
