Netcare The Bay Hospital Disgusted

I am so disgusted at the hygiene of the Netcare The Bay Hospital, Surgical 1, Beds don't get cleaned, toilets are filthy, food is ice cold when it gets to you. Beds are full of bed bugs (lice). I'm full of bites from this bed bugs, staff is noisy at night, no ventilation as aircons is not switch on. Really can some pride be given in these facilities as it is suppose to be a healing place.
