Netcare Sunwardpark service is poor

This morning I took my 13 year old son to Netcare Sunwardpark he was just diagnosed with Torsion of the Testis by a GP a condition requires one to be attended within 6 hour window I was told. I went to the the reception (casualty) the receptionist sent me to Emergency after waiting for over half an hour. I was attended by Francis who could not help me because the referring doctor did not indicate the specialist in the hospital. She sent me back to reception and the receptionist said she could not call the doctor I must go back to emergency. I then had to drive to Alberton Netcare where I was helped and my son was operated and lost his ball. I am furious very furious and considering suing Netcare Sunwardpark. My child could have been helped if it was not for the lack of care
