Years Gone By This Was a Upmarket and Friendly Facility in the Heart of our Suburb However Sadly This is No Longer The Case!

The Unpleasant Experience Starts Before One Even Makes an Entry onto The Premises! Security Staff are Irrate, Unfriendly and Rude from The Onset!

Scholars Related to Staff Employed by The Facility and/or Cleaning Service, from the Local Schools Have Made These Premises Their Playground Without Adhering to Covid Regulations... No Masks! Unfortunately Once Again Rules and Regulations Only Apply to The Minority! We Would Like To Question These Instances! Where is The Facilities Manager Who Tells Me He Has Been Employed for 20+ Years... Sitting In His Air-conditioned Office While The Elderly 80+ Have to Take The Long Route Around to Gain Access to Hi-Care Irrespective of Our Pleas to Allow Us to Use The Entrance at ER!

A New Mindset Welcoming Visitors and Patients Alike Would Be Most Welcome! Seemingly Only Visitors Related to Staff Members Are Afforded Respect!
