Netcare Sunninghill Parking Facility is a breeding ground for ********* with no action from management

We went to visit a family member at the Netcare Sunninghill Hospital yesterday evening. On arrival at our car at approximately 8pm, we noticed that the drivers door lock was badly damaged and the back seat folded. Upon further inspection of our items in the boot of the car, we noticed that our laptop had been ******. Whilst inspecting our vehicle, another individual approached us to inform us that his car was also broken into and his bags were ****** from the boot. We reported the incident to the security who came out to assist us and the other individual called the SAPS to come out to report the matter. The other individual also informed us that another car in the same facility was broken into but the lady had left to report the incident at the police station. So a total of 3 cars were broken into last night. What is shocking to us is that this is a paid parking facility and there was only one guard patrolling. The CCTV cameras were useless to assist in identifying the perpetrators as it is high up on the building and rotates. On arrival of the SAPS they informed us that these incidents are not the first that have taken place at the hospital as they have been called out on numerous occasions to Sunninghill Hospital as the breaking in of the cars is a usual occurrence. What is management doing about this? If this has happened many times in the past as well, why have you not increased your security personnel patrolling or increased the numbers of camera's around the parking facility. One would think that they are entering a "SECURE'' parking facility as you are paying for it, but you have to think again when visiting Netcare Sunninghill.
