Netcare - struggling to get refund
On 4 August my partner visited the ER at Netcare Cuyler Hospital for a medical emergency. He was admitted to hospital - as he is not on a medical aid we had to immediately pay a deposit of R80 000 before will be admitted. He was discharged on 6 August. We immediately completed all the documentation to get the balance of deposit back.
It is now 14 days!!!!!!!! No refund received.
Netcare is quick to demand money, but drag their feet when it comes to refunding patients. Shame on you - we had to borrow the money and are paying interest on the loan.
