Netcare-staff just dont care, should be netontcare

My wife was admitted on monday nite at around 18:00, there was no RUSH and the admission was painless.<br> Once my wife got to the ward, this is usually where the wheels fall off as usual. She waited for 4 hours before someone EVENTUALLY decide that they would assist her, they poked and prodded and the amateurish Nurse could not locate a vein and she eventually butchered my wife and then left after not coming right as she had excessively hurt my wife in the process. Severe pain from a kidney infection, and then being tortured by someone that was *********** to even put in a drip, basic 101 in nursing. Another Nurse had to come and correct the situation. They had my wife in tears due to pain and being hurt. Today, the nurses left the drip until its high and dry and starts to draw blood. It does not help to talk to anyone as you are ignored for hours and finally when you plead and beg for some assistance you are tolerated and assisted. Time frames are not minutes, time frames are hours before you are attended to. <br> Netcare, you really had a HUGE problem. <br> Your staff offer LEAST EFFORT CARE at top rates... SHAME ON YOU!<br>
